Pair with Me 🤝

Pair-with-Me is a free, open pairing session where we work together on real technical topics — collaboratively, hands-on, and without any commercial obligation.

The idea is inspired by the pairing philosophy popularized by Ben Holmen, who describes pairing as a powerful way to learn, share knowledge, and create better software by thinking together rather than alone.

If you are interessted in pairing sessions with strangers, don't forget to book an appointment with Ben as well. I'm certain, you will have a great time with him.

What Is Pair Programming?

Pair programming means two people working together at the same time on a shared problem. One person may be driving (writing code or navigating), while the other reviews, asks questions, and thinks ahead — and roles can switch naturally.

In a Pair-with-Me session, this can include:

  • Exploring a technical problem together
  • Reviewing code or architecture decisions
  • Debugging an issue
  • Discussing best practices or tooling
  • Learning from each other’s perspectives

There is no predefined agenda — the session is shaped by what we want to work on. We will develop this during our call.

Why I Offer This for Free

Pairing is one of the most effective ways to learn and improve as an engineer. By offering these sessions for free, I want to:

  • Give back to the developer community
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Learn from different challenges and viewpoints
  • Lower the barrier to high-quality technical exchange

No sales pitch. No hidden expectations. Just honest collaboration.

Who Is This For?

Pair-with-Me is for:

  • Developers at any experience level
  • Engineers looking for a second brain
  • People curious about new tools, patterns, or approaches
  • Anyone who values collaborative problem-solving

If you’re unsure whether your topic fits — it probably does.
